Christensen Farms offers college students the opportunity to complete a summer internship with one of the industry’s leading companies. Students specialize in a variety of areas while working with CF managers across the company. Interns receive training and guidance as they learn and grow as a CF team member through hands-on work experience. We offer internships in a variety of areas of our business including Swine Production, Accounting, Agronomy, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Communications, and Construction Management and many more.

Swine Production Internships
Are you pursuing a 2- or 4-year college degree in Animal Science, or a related field? The Christensen Farms Swine Production Internship is a great first step to a rewarding career. Our internship program offers a 360° perspective, immersing you in the daily management of our state-of-the-art swine production system. Interns will be exposed to all facets of the pork industry including animal welfare, genetics and multiplication, sow, nursery and grow-finish production, food safety, veterinary care, and more.
Commitment:
Internships are typically 10 weeks long (end of May through early August)
