Tim Fossen serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Safety at Christensen Farms. Mr. Fossen’s team is dedicated to creating a work environment that prioritizes employee safety while supporting Christensen Farms’ talent to achieve their career aspirations through development and growth. His teams are responsible for safety, workers talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits as well as training and development. Through these efforts his team partners with leaders and community stakeholders to attract and develop the team at Christensen Farms. He has been with the company since 2016.

Mr. Fossen grew up in west central Minnesota. Prior to joining Christensen Farms, he was employed by Apple in Cupertino, California and previously worked with Cargill. Through his career he has held diverse leadership roles in back office accounting, information technology, procurement and human resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and Economics from North Dakota State University.
