Shane Steffensen serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Christensen Farms. Shane joined the company in May of 2024, bringing 30 years of experience in financial management, operational leadership, and strategic planning.

Shane’s leadership focus is to bring a people first orientation to driving performance through engagement and supporting teams to achieve their highest potential to achieve the mission.

Prior to joining Christensen Farms, Shane served as Chief Operating Officer for Lubrication Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of highly engineered lubricants and specialty chemicals. Prior to Lubrication Technologies, he spent 17 years with G&K Services, Inc., a large business services organization, serving in various leadership roles in Accounting, Finance, Treasury and Risk Management. Prior to that, Shane also spent time at Moyle Petroleum Co. after starting his career with ComputerLand in Rapid City, SD.

Born and raised in South Dakota, Shane earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northern State University, in Aberdeen, SD.
