Vice President, Sustainability

JoDee Haala currently serves as Vice President, Sustainability for Christensen Farms with responsibility for the organization’s animal well-being, environmental stewardship, public affairs and communications functions.

Joining the team in 1998, Ms. Haala has worked in multiple areas of the business during her tenure, including animal well-being, feed division administration and quality control and live-haul transportation. Additionally, she championed the establishment of the company’s first employee resource group. Immediately preceding her role in sustainability, Ms. Haala led the company’s cross functional sustainability group that laid the foundation for her current role.

In addition to her responsibilities within Christensen Farms, she has served on various national and state industry committees and task forces.
