Glenn Stolt

Board of Directors

Glenn Stolt continues to serve on the Christensen Farms Board of Directors, having led the organization as President and CEO from 2012 to 2024. During his tenure as President and CEO, Christensen Farms achieved strategic integration goals, with Glenn playing an instrumental role in establishing the Seaboard-Triumph Foods joint venture. He helped develop and institute a robust, diversified financial portfolio, further strengthening the company’s strong financial position. Recognizing the increasing complexity of agricultural businesses, Glenn drove the organization’s focus on professional talent development and succession planning.

Glenn is a member of the Board of Directors for Triumph Foods, a further pork processing company partially owned by Christensen Farms. Triumph Foods has an ownership stake in both Seaboard Triumph Foods and Daily’s Premium Meats, further strengthening the integrated platform. Glenn also serves as an Independent Director on the Board for Wyffels Hybrids, an independent corn seed company, and on the Board of Ozinga Brothers, a cement materials and ready-mix concrete solutions company. Known for his proven strategic insights, financial acumen and passion for strong culture, succession planning and talent management, Glenn brings a wealth of expertise in corporate governance, risk management and strategic planning to boards in which he is a part of.

Immediately preceding his role as President and CEO of Christensen Farms, he served the organization as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for two years. Before joining Christensen Farms, Glenn spent more than 20 years with large, publicly held businesses. He served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Capella Education Company, a leading provider of online post-secondary education services. Prior to Capella, he spent nearly ten years with G&K Services, Inc., a large business services organization, serving in several senior leadership roles. Glenn also spent time at The Toro Company after starting his career with Honeywell International.

Glenn earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato, MN and a master’s degree from the University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
